Use the form to send a message, or reach the office directly by post for formal institutional and press correspondence.
Members of the media seeking information about the Foundation’s philanthropic work may direct inquiries to the office address or use the form.
The Foundation reviews correspondence as its giving priorities allow. Not every inquiry receives a reply.
The Carlos Peralta Foundation Inc is fully self-funded by Mr. Peralta and does not solicit, request, or accept donations from the public. Any solicitation made in the Foundation’s name is unauthorized.
